In this role you will be working for Valor Hospitality Europe which is part of a leading US hotel management company with 17 properties in the UK and exciting expansion plans to add more hotels.

Main Duties:

To Ensure membership databases operate to the highest levels of accuracy, reflecting the companies true membership position. To control all customer debts through internal measures and through liaison with nominated credit control agencies. To contribute to the design of protocols, which define what and how data is used to benefit the company. To manage the Club Membership Administration and also support and contribute to the Club Sales team on a day to day basis.

Previous experience
The successful applicant must have previous experience within a Sales & Marketing/financial environment, preferably within hospitality or similar industry.
